Jess was first drawn to Pilates for the Mind-Body connection in 2005 which still inspires her passion today. She completed the extensive PISC teacher training program the following year. Jess’ experience as an elementary school teacher as well as her broad athletic background led her to her current role as a Pilates teacher. She greatly enjoys continuing her practice as both student and instructor. Jess loves working one-on-one with clients to enhance their mind-body connection, work on mindful breathing, and reach their unique fitness milestones, with the ultimate goal of applying these practices to their everyday lives.
Jess enjoys her free time with her kids and husband, traveling and spending time at the beach.
